Dear Diary,
I had an extraordinary day yesterday. I was at a cricket game. I was the last person to bat and I had to get a bunch of runs to win the game. My team thought they would lose because I had gotten ducked (when you score no runs), But somehow I had gotten 50 runs. A half century! That ended with my team winning the game. I was extremely proud of myself yesterday.

ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome diary entry, it was very entertaining to read and had an exciting ending. I can tell from your posts that you are a big cricket fan and you sound like a great player. How did your team celebrate your win, did you go out for food afterwards? Whenever my team wins a game of football we go out for pizza or fish n chips and celebrate together as a team.
