Week 3 Day 4 Activity 2

1. I eat fruit and vegetables.
2. Get plenty of sleep.
3. Digest the wastes in my body.
4. Exercise to keep me fit.
5. Play sports and don't spend much time on games and stuff.

    These are some great examples of a healthy lifestyle and it is great to see you are taking care of your body by eating healthy, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep. I think those are the most important parts of being healthy as well as hanging out with your friends and doing things that make you happy, even if that is spending a bit of time online playing games.
