Non-Stop Cricket Reflection

On monday we played non-stop cricket. It was super hot that day and it was pretty hard to keep going through it.But then we moved to a bit more shaded place so we don't get heat stroke.

1.  1. What safety management strategies did you use when paying non-stop cricket?
Well we moved from the field to the front of the school because it was super hot that day and we could have gotten heat stroke.Having a drink of water so we don't get dehydration.

2. 2. Explain what a risk is and give three examples of risks from non-stop cricket (Try and give one from each category). A risk is something that can happen if something goes wrong. There are three categories.Environment,Equipment,People.Three risks that could happen when playing non stop cricket you can get heat stroke, and getting dehydrated by the hot weather.Getting sunburnt.

3. 3. It was very hot during non-stop cricket the other day, how did you keep yourself safe during the hot weather? What more could you have done? When we batted we sat in the shade if we were waiting for our turn.MAybe when you were fielding you could have moved around a bit more.Because you could have gotten exhausted standing still in the hot weather.
