This is my top 10 songs so far in the summer. I just really like the beats  and some of them are really great made songs. I really like some of Bruno mars songs. A nostalgic song is Somebody that I used to know, I really like that song as well and it seems quite popular as well.

Fishy False Teeth 18th Monday January Summer Learning Journey

Today I figured out if this fish actually has human teeth. It was not challenging at all . The article gave a bit of information, I just had to look at other sources to make sure it was real. It also turns that their not the only ones. My google drawing is below.

Balancing Art Friday 15th January Summer learning journey

 Kia Ora all, 

Today I created a balancing art using books. I used books because I could not find any stones or rocks. I was able to stack 10 but am certain that I could have done more if I had more book to use. I think I could make a stack 20 easily. The balancing art I created has 3 book balancing off a stack of books on the top. It was a bit hard because they kept sliding off I somehow ended finding the perfect location and they stayed put hanging off on an angle. You should give it a go, you could use something else other than rocks or books. How many can you stack?

Today I have created my own Journey,  The place I would like go the most is theirs two , One is Wairoa because of its beach and this bakery called Osler's which has these award winning pies and they are so good. The other would be Wellington because I have never their and would love to go their. Below is my Journey.

Thursday 14th January NZ Summer Holidays Summer Learning Journey

Kia Ora all,

Today I wrote about what a New Zealand summer vacation might be like. Hope you like it. I am  comparing and contrasting India and new Zealand.

India: Indias summer holidays start at different  points of the year depending what part of india it is. They also have the season winter during december to february. So that would mean they don't much time at the beach since it is cold. they have different public holidays than New Zealand. eg. Gur Nanak Birthday

Same: They both have New year's and Christmas at the same. They are both part of the Commonwealth

New Zealand: The end of school holidays start during christmas for everyone. During this time it is summer not winter. They have different public holidays than India eg. Waitangi Day.

Camping Checklist 13th January Summer Learning Journey

 Kia Ora, Today I created a camping checklist with what I would take. I tried to think of everything and be prepared for any situation. I have made a slide and have broke it down into groups to make it a bit more simple. Hope it helps.
