Plan: We need to get started on making our product in the woodwork room. We will make a prototype out of scrap so we have an idea of what to do with our actual resources.

Prep Reflection 23 October
Reflection Questions:
What went well today for you and your team? Think about your teamwork, and your group’s product idea.
What was difficult? Why do you think that was?
What are three new business terms you learnt today?
What do you need to work on in preparation for the PREP lessons next week? I need to have a plan on what I am doing and start making my product. We can work a bit more efficiently so we can get most of our product done next week.
Plan for Prep 23th October
On Sunday Me , Raman and Gagan will go to Waikanae beach to collect the driftwood to make our hangers. My dad will probably take me their and Raman and Gagan will bike their and will meet up their 2:00 in the afternoon at the front of the beach. We will collect maybe like 10 pieces of driftwood and we will need tea lights which we will probably have to buy . But most of our costs are free. Because to add the driftwood sticks into the driftwood , we will use a hot glue to stick it in their. So we make total profit. Then on Friday we will bring our driftwood in like a bag or something and then start making our driftwood hangers the friday in that week. We are going to glue our logo onto the driftwood under the hooks after we have finished making them. Our resources are sustainable because we are not cutting wood out of actual trees which depletes natural resources. That is not being sustainable. So using driftwood is a good idea.

Prep Reflection 25th September
What went well today for you and your team? Think about your teamwork, and your group’s product idea.
What was difficult? Why do you think that was? Focusing a little bit. Because I was getting distracted by my friends. Its fine I will try harder after holidays starting fresh.
What are three new business terms you learnt today? I created a CV. It was not that hard. I learned the qualities you need to get hired or for someone to be convinced for them to let you work. I learned making a logo.
What do you need to work on in preparation for the PREP lessons next week? I will be set for after the holidays.
My Product Driftwood Hangers 25th September
My group is Raman and Gagan , We are making driftwood hangers. We will use hooks and add them to to the driftwood. The driftwood will have no cost because we can find a bunch by river banks and at the beach. We will need to buy the hooks somewhere like Bunnings. The driftwood might be sanded to make it look a lot nicer and then add the hooks. I still do not know the weight of the driftwood because it is hard to actually estimate because some might have more water content then the other. Right under that is our logo. Our company name is JRG Inc ( acronym for Joe , Raman and Gagan). Our slogan is you drift with the wood. It just came to mind.

Reflection For Prep 18th September
Today Was the first day of prep. We were getting settled in. I worked really hard today and tried to stay focused on task which was difficult. I worked well with my teammates. We all contributed in the paper challenge we did and did a good job. I think we will work well with our product idea. It was difficult to focus and stay on task. Because I was getting distracted by talking to my friends. So maybe I think I can work with them but need to stay on task. That they need to be innovative and creative. They need a good understanding of marketing and creating products. For preparation I am going to think about what I sort of materials I need to make my product. Also I will finish my logo , slogan and name for our product. Also need to start thinking about business cards and things like that.
